FREQUENTLY asked questions
The shows running time is approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes. This will include a 20 minute intermission.
There is a recommended age of 16 to come see the show. Of course, this is at parental discretion.
We would recommend that patrons do not leave the performance space during the show, however if necessary patrons may leave. Patrons may need to wait for an appropriate time to re-enter the performance space.
Your arrival time will be sent to you in an email from Maximillian von Heune (the club manager). Generally speaking, if you have purchased tickets for the “VIP Experience” then you will be asked to arrive at an earlier time.
While it was “cool” to smoke in the 1930’s. Sadly the laws in Ontario in the 2020’s do not allow smoking inside the club.
You’ll need to take it outside!

Photography and videoing of the performance are strictly prohibited.

There is no “dress code”. But Patrons are strongly encouraged to get dressed up! You are coming to a 1930’s cabaret club, so why not dress the part!

Plug that into your GPS and you will find us no problem.
You can find extensive parking at the rear of the club. Please not parking is not allowed at the side of and immediately behind the club as this is for patrons staying at the club (it is marked). The rest of the parking lot is available for club customers!
Yes!! When you purchse your tickets, in the next page you will see additional addons, you can opt to select a room to stay in. Please note – stays are for one night only. Longer stays are not available in order to have rooms available for all club guests.
This may be possible. However, it will need to be arranged through our box office as tickets will sell quickly and the availability for another show may be tight. If you do need to exchange your seats for another performance please contact [email protected].
The KitKat club has a no refunds policy. Where possible we will try to accomodate you by moving your tickets to nother performance.
As you may imagine, running a club like the KitKat is an expensive business!
If you find you are unable to attend the performance you have purchased tickets for, please contact Maximillian, our club manager. (click his name). We do offer a waiting list and if we have someone waiting we may be able to offer a refund so they can use your tickets.
